on our web site. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any
reason, please contact your bookseller directly to resolve your purchase.
To be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, please be sure
to return your item directly to the bookseller within 14 days of receipt
and in the same condition you received it in. The bookseller will also
refund shipping costs if the return was a result of an error on the
bookseller's part. If the return was not as a result of an error on
the part of the bookseller, you will be responsible for all shipping
costs.
In any case where
a refund is necessary, it is the responsibility of the bookseller to
request and process that refund on your behalf through
abebooks.com. You may review the status of your order/refund anytime
by going to Your Account > Your Orders > Track Your Purchases.
If the bookseller used abebooks payment processing service to process your
credit card, the funds will be deposited back in your credit card
account by abebooks within one week of receiving the request for
refund, and abebooks will send you confirmation of the refund
via e-mail.
